SkyBridge Logistics Company Ltd - Terms of Service

Welcome to SkyBridge Logistics Company Ltd ("SkyBridge," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our logistics and freight forwarding services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Provided

SkyBridge provides a range of logistics and freight forwarding services, including but not limited to:

  • Air, sea, and land freight forwarding
  • Customs clearance
  • Warehousing and storage
  • Distribution and delivery
  • Project cargo management
  • Supply chain management
  • Real-time tracking and reporting
  • Consultancy services

2. User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the provision of Services.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs requirements.
  • Ensure that all goods are properly packed and labeled in accordance with industry standards.
  • Pay all applicable fees and charges for the Services provided.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for our Services are outlined in our pricing schedule or as quoted for specific services.
  • Payment terms will be specified in the invoice. All payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the invoice.

4. Liability and Insurance

  • SkyBridge will take reasonable care in handling and transporting goods. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or acts of terrorism.
  • Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their goods. SkyBridge can facilitate insurance arrangements upon request.

5. Customs Clearance

  • SkyBridge will act as an agent on behalf of the client for customs clearance processes.
  • The client is responsible for providing all necessary documentation and information required for customs clearance.
  • SkyBridge is not liable for any delays or penalties resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Confidentiality

  • SkyBridge will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the client and will not disclose such information to third parties except as required to perform the Services or by law.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice.
  • Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all Services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.

9. Changes to Terms

  • SkyBridge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
